The work in Obong has been led by Dr. Moses and Jessie for over 30 years. It began with a school for children and over the years has grown to a university, medical center, high school, elementary school and over 50 congregations in Nigeria. They sponsor the All-Nigeria Women Gospel Meeting where over 500 women from many States of Nigeria attended. Another meeting was the 4-day Youth forum. 2,500 youths and over 35 baptisms as well as a Nigerian Minister Conference. Dr. Moses and his wife Jesse are continuing to be active, but their children have taken over different segments of the work and are actively managing those areas. We work directly with Usenime Akpanudo, a Professor at Harding University. Dennis George has accepted the role of Co-Vice Chairman of the Obong Advancement Board working with Dwight Tays of Nashville as the other Co-Vice Chairman and Howard Anderson who serves as Treasurer.
