“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works… encouraging one another.”
Hebrews 10:24–25, ESV
At Alvaton, being part of the church means sharing life together. Whether we are playing a pickup game at a cookout, gathering for Vacation Bible School, celebrating our graduating seniors, traveling on a mission trip, enjoying a ladies’ retreat, or simply showing up to help someone mow a yard, we believe time together matters. These moments allow us to build relationships across generations, encourage one another, and put the love of Christ into action—first within our church family and then throughout our community.
Like the early church, we value gathering together and sharing life “with glad and generous hearts” (Acts 2:46, ESV). From fellowship meals, retreats, and seasonal celebrations to service projects and community events, there is almost always something happening at Alvaton.
